For Patients

  • Appointment non-attendance (no-show) and same day cancellation or rescheduling: Will incur a charge of 100% of the consultation fee.

    Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling: Will incur a charge of 50% of the consultation fee.

    If for any reason you need to change your appointment, please do so as early as possible. This allows people on my waiting list to be offered appointments.

    If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact the Clinic directly.

    If you are running late for your consultation, please contact the Clinic as soon as possible and we will attempt to accommodate your consultation.

  • For information about fees, visit the Services page.

  • Whilst General Practitioner Management Plan (GPMP) or Team Care Arrangement (TCA) plans are accepted, this is not a bulk-billing practice.
    These will also incur a gap payment.

    If you would like to access this service but will have difficulty paying, please speak to Kelli.

  • Yes, provided your health fund has the appropriate extras. Chat to Kelli about the easiest way to claim from your health fund.

  • No, but if you do have one, that’s great.

  • Feel free to get in contact with Kelli to see if we can arrange a time that works.

  • Yes, telehealth appointments are available by request.

  • Yes. However there will be a gap fee to cover.

    You will be charged the full cost of the session and refunded the value of the benefit from Medicare.

  • If you are presenting for a pelvic floor issue, an internal examination may be the recommended to best assess the issue.

    If an internal exam is required, you will always be fully educated on what is involved and what to expect; the examination will only proceed with your informed consent.

  • Yes, your consultation can proceed if you have your period, and there will be no impact on your physiotherapy assessment or treatment. If you are uncomfortable, or have an extremely painful or heavy period, you are welcome to reschedule your appointment, or we can alter your consultation to focus on other types of assessment and education.

  • If you require an internal vaginal assessment, we will generally wait until 6 weeks post birth. If you would like to speak about this with Kelli, please contact her.

  • Yes. While Kelli specialises in women’s health physiotherapy, she has over a decade’s experience as a musculoskeletal Physiotherapist.
